At the end of the Executive Session of May 21, 2010

the following was approved to be Reported Out.

1. After the successful completion of the probationary first six months and subsequent evaluation; the Pacifica Foundation Board unanimously approved Arlene Engelhardt to continue as the Foundation’s Executive Director.

2. The Pacifica Foundation Board acknowledges the excellent job ratings achieved by Pacifica Foundation Executive Director Arlene Engelhardt, and the Board wishes her all the best for her continued leadership of the Pacifica Foundation.
